Description
Cornwall-Lebanon School District is soliciting sealed bids for site improvements at Cedar Crest Campus, 115 East Evergreen Road, Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Cedar Crest Campus Site Improvements Bid.” Each bid must include bid security equal to 10% of the bid in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond from a surety authorized in Pennsylvania. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract price, within 10 days after award, and must furnish a Contractor’s Qualification Statement. The project is subject to Pennsylvania human-relations and prevailing-wage requirements.
