Description
Canoe Procurement Group of Canada is seeking proposals for regional and/or national master agreement solutions for turf and athletic surfacing products and services used by participating governmental, educational, tribal, and not-for-profit entities across Canada and the United States. The scope includes synthetic, hybrid, and natural turf systems for indoor and outdoor applications, as well as non-turf athletic and recreational surfaces such as running tracks, court surfaces, poured-in-place systems, rubberized flooring, wood, vinyl, performance surfacing materials, and surface protection. Related equipment, accessories, technology, materials, and supplies may be included as part of complete or turnkey solutions. Proposals may include directly related design, engineering, installation, removal, disposal, rental, refurbishment, inspection, repair, maintenance, training, and support services; services-only solutions are excluded. The buyer prefers a sole source of responsibility but permits distributors, dealers, resellers, and subcontractors if the proposal explains their roles and service network. Resulting contracts will have a four-year term, with up to three additional one-year extensions and possible further extensions in exceptional circumstances.
