Description
Cedar Hill Independent School District is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide printing and promotional goods and services for the District's campuses and departments. The solicitation is intended to establish a list of multiple approved vendors; no pricing is requested at this time, and purchases will be made as needed under the resulting contracts. The agreement is planned for a three-year initial term with two successive one-year extensions, for a maximum of five years. Respondents must complete the electronic bid attributes and submit the required forms and attachments, including a certificate of insurance, W-9, Form 1295, Conflict of Interest Form when applicable, ACH Form, and Pre-Service Affidavit for Educational Entities. Three references for comparable goods or services are required. Responses must be submitted online through the electronic bid system; emailed, hard-copy, and faxed responses are not accepted.
