Description
The City of Arlington is soliciting bids to establish an annual requirements contract for the purchase of electrical pedestals and electrical relays in accordance with the solicitation's standards, terms, and conditions. The listed commodity categories include power supplies and related parts, electrical service entrance cabinets, circuit breakers, load centers, boxes, panel boards, and non-electronic relays. Responses must include the required vendor and bid materials, including the W-9 form, insurance ACORD form, completed instruction document, standard terms and conditions, authorized signature and contact details, reference sheet, conflict of interest form, and completed 26-0275 Price Sheet (BT-02GY).
