Description
The City of Arlington is soliciting qualified consultant teams consisting of an architect, interior designer, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers. The selected team will provide interior planning, coordination, design, engineering, and construction administration services for approximately 39,000 square feet of Arlington Water Utilities facilities within a new 54,000-square-foot, three-story mixed-use building. The solicitation identifies a qualification submission and requires completion of the vendor-provided instruction, terms and conditions, authorized signature and contact details, reference sheet, conflict of interest, and proprietary information documents. A W-9 and ACORD insurance form are also required. Responses are encouraged electronically through the procurement portal; paper proposals may be submitted in a sealed, labeled package.
