Description
Tarrant County is seeking a qualified vendor to provide SCRAM Remote Breath and Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring services for participants in the Tarrant County Veterans Treatment Court. The scope includes participant enrollment, installation and removal of SCRAM ankle monitors and remote breath devices, alcohol monitoring, secure electronic reporting, violation and tampering notifications, equipment maintenance and replacement, training for court staff, case management, litigation packages, and access to monitoring records. The vendor must have at least three years of relevant experience, provide four references from government or other customers, maintain required insurance coverage, and provide licenses and certifications. Proposals must include a company profile, qualifications and experience, reporting and communication information, references, applicable certifications, proof of insurance, and any deficiencies or deviations. The solicitation includes quantities of 14 SCRAM Remote Breath devices and 50 SCRAM monitors, with full-service local case management, installation and deinstallation, data management and reporting, maintenance, repairs, replacements, and staff training.
