Description
The City of Fort Worth is seeking proposals for an as-needed agreement to provide parts and materials used for irrigation and grounds maintenance. The supplies will support the Park and Recreation and Aviation Departments. The solicitation identifies relevant commodity categories including irrigation systems, supplies, parts, and accessories; nursery stock and supplies; and seed, sod, soil, and inoculants. Required submission materials include the Authorized Signature and Questionnaire, required forms, the Small Business Utilization Form and Small Business Certificate, a deviations spreadsheet, any applicable addendum acknowledgment, and the required Bid Table using the provided response template.
