Description
The City of Arlington is soliciting a contractor for an annual requirements contract covering seasonal grounds maintenance at Water Utilities treatment facilities and remote sites. The scope includes biweekly professional mowing and maintenance of lawns, trees, curb lines, rock beds, property lines, streets, driveways, fences, riprap, concrete pavements, and related structures. The submission requires a proposal packet and specified completed documents and forms, including the Instruction to Vendors, Authorized Signature and Contract Details, Reference Sheet, Conflict of Interest Form, Standard Terms and Conditions, W-9, Insurance ACORD Form, and the 27-0017 Bid Tabulation response template. The Proprietary Information form is identified as optional. Electronic submission is strongly encouraged; paper proposals must be sealed and labeled with the company name, solicitation number, and title.
