Description
The City of Flagstaff is requesting Statements of Qualifications from Arizona-licensed professional engineering firms to provide complete engineering design services for a feasibility study of Lone Tree Road between O'Leary Street and John Wesley Powell Boulevard in Flagstaff, Arizona. The scope includes pre-NEPA environmental analysis; public involvement coordination and attendance at one public event with exhibits; draft and final feasibility study reports; 15% design plans; an estimate of probable costs; and documentation of all study analyses. The selected firm will enter into a base professional services consulting contract, with services and fees negotiated after selection.
