Description
The City seeks a provider to supply approved uniform garments to Transfort and Parking Services employees through an annual-allowance program. The scope includes garment selection and fitting, order and allowance tracking, monthly invoicing and reporting, and fulfillment of employee orders. Orders must be ready for pickup or delivered within 21 calendar days, with embroidery of the City logo and sewing of patches included where specified. The provider must accommodate a range of sizes, provide female-size apparel at no additional cost, and supply new garments consistent with the listed uniform requirements and approved colors. Proposals must describe the proposed garments and program, sales/service arrangements, allowance-management and transition plans, lead times, and pricing. Respondents must also provide an implementation schedule, sample invoices and customer-satisfaction materials, sweatshop-free labor verification, garment cleaning instructions and estimated lifespan, a project team and qualifications, and at least three similar public-agency references from the past five years. The agreement is for one year, with up to four additional one-year renewals.
