Description
Detroit Public Schools Community District seeks vendors to print and deliver custom apparel for its PreK and Montessori marketing campaigns. The requested items include youth and adult T-shirts and youth PreK sweatshirts, with specified quantities and size ranges detailed in the pricing workbook. T-shirts must be preshrunk, 100% cotton, and meet the stated weight requirements; youth sweatshirts must be 100% cotton crewneck sweatshirts. Gildan Heavy Cotton or an equivalent is acceptable for T-shirts. All printing must be screen printing; iron-on and heat-transfer printing are not acceptable. The designs require three-color printing on the front and one-color printing on the back, with program logos centered on the chest and program websites on the upper back. Before a purchase order is issued, the selected vendor must submit digital proofs showing the front and back artwork placement and proportions across garment sizes for District approval. The District plans an initial order and may place additional orders throughout the year; the stated target for delivery of the initial quantities is November 27, 2026.
