Description
Montgomery County’s Department of Recreation is seeking catalog-based recreation apparel for staff and participants on an as-needed basis. The contractor must provide apparel with customization options including embroidery, heat press, screen printing, and embossing. There is no minimum order, and the County does not guarantee a purchase quantity or total contract value. Bidders quote percentage discounts from published catalogs or price lists, with the discount firm for the contract period. The contractor must provide a product proof with the requested customization within five business days after receiving an order. Delivery is required within 21 calendar days after a purchase order or release, and bidders must submit a proposed delivery schedule. The contract term is one year, with two possible one-year renewals.
