Description
Fontana Unified School District is soliciting bids for complete marching band uniform packages and related apparel and accessories for five comprehensive high schools. The scope includes custom design consultation, design renderings, sizing and on-site student fitting, manufacturing, quality control, delivery, and post-delivery support. Items may include band coats and pants, capes, shakos with storage boxes, plumes, gloves, gauntlets, drum major apparel, color guard apparel, majorette apparel, garment bags, custom logos, lettering, and other related accessories. Uniforms must use durable, commercial-grade materials suitable for outdoor performances, parades, repeated student use, cleaning, transportation, and storage, with an anticipated service life of approximately ten years. The vendor must complete delivery within 130 calendar days after receipt of a purchase order or by May 24, 2027, whichever occurs first, provide at least a five-year warranty from final acceptance, and make reasonable efforts to maintain replacement availability and design continuity for at least ten years. The initial contract period runs through June 30, 2027, with renewal subject to mutual written agreement. Bidders must submit pricing by line item, delivery and warranty information, required certifications, company and operational responses, uniform work examples, and qualifying references.
