Description

The contractor will rent, launder, press, repair, alter, and deliver uniforms and related items for maintenance and utility staff. Items include standard and flame-resistant uniforms, coveralls, shop towels, shop rags, and floor mats. Service includes weekly pickup and delivery, garment fitting and replacement as needed, inventory tracking, and timely handling of new, emergency, and repair orders. The contractor must provide new flame-resistant garments and specified protective gloves, maintain garments in acceptable condition, and furnish patches and embroidery as specified. The contract is a fixed-price, three-year base term beginning April 1, 2027, with two optional one-year extensions. Proposals must include the completed required appendices, including management-plan responses and three comparable public-sector references, and a cost proposal. The selected contractor must maintain the specified insurance and business licensing; SAM registration information is required on the proposer information form.
