Description
The United States Marine Corps intends to compete a requirement for the manufacture, testing, and delivery of multispectral camouflage overgarments. The procurement is set aside for small businesses and will use negotiated procedures for non-commercial supplies. The technical specifications and purchase description contain Controlled Unclassified Information. Prospective offerors must meet the stated Joint Certification Program and cybersecurity verification requirements and execute the government-furnished nondisclosure agreement to obtain the restricted technical package. Questions must be submitted using the government-provided Q&A spreadsheet template; the final RFP and its answers are expected to be issued later.
