Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting quotes for bulk employee uniforms for Environmental Management Services and other departments at the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System. The specified products include embroidered polo and work shirts, chef shirts, dress shirts, pants, jackets, lab coats, and scrub tops and bottoms in specified styles, colors, and size ranges. The solicitation identifies particular brands and styles, with alternate brands subject to the stated requirements, including providing a mock-up and, when proposing an alternate, a sample. Products must comply with the Berry Amendment. This is an indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed-price requirement with a base year and four option years. Orders will be placed as needed, and the vendor must fulfill each order within 15–30 calendar days unless otherwise stated. The solicitation also requires delivery coordination and on-site assembly and installation; the vendor must provide the labor, tools, and materials for that work. Quotes are evaluated using lowest-priced technically acceptable procedures.
