Description
The City seeks a vendor to supply specified Class A, Class B, Class C, and career-service uniforms, apparel, footwear, badges, insignia, patches, and related accessories. The bid sheet identifies requested products, brands or acceptable equivalents, styles, colors, and estimated quantities. Items must be supplied ready to wear, including required embroidery, screen printing, name and rank tapes, logos, and patches; the vendor must also provide samples, sizing support, and product consistency throughout the contract. Pricing must include delivery and standard setup and decoration costs. The vendor must provide a secure online ordering platform with account administration, individual spending limits, allotment tracking, order tracking, and reporting. Requirements also include a local storefront within 100 miles of Aurora for in-person ordering, fittings, alterations, and pickup; local inventory for expedited fulfillment; customer service and account management; and fulfillment within the stated delivery timelines. The solicitation requires a Statement of Qualifications and a separately submitted completed pricing sheet, along with specified forms and product samples. Samples have a separate delivery deadline before the bid deadline.
