Description
The Bureau of Indian Affairs is soliciting a firm-fixed-price purchase order from an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) to provide and deliver pre-blended seven-sack dry-mix concrete (gunite) for repairs to an irrigation canal system. The requirement is for approximately 1,088 cubic yards, ordered by truckload of approximately eight cubic yards, on an as-needed basis. The gunite must use a 7:1 gunite-to-sand mix ratio and meet the specifications in the statement of work. The contractor must prepare, mix, and deliver the material to construction sites throughout the Colorado River Indian Tribe Reservation, and provide the necessary equipment, materials, labor, management, and subject-matter expertise. The anticipated period of performance is one year. Quotes will be evaluated using a lowest-priced, technically acceptable approach, and the submission must include company information, pricing, a signed Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form, and the required Indian Economic Enterprise representation.
