Description
The United States Army is soliciting quotations from small businesses to furnish and deliver concrete and concrete construction materials under a firm-fixed-price purchase order. Required materials include 108 cubic yards of ODOT QC2 premixed concrete, concrete cure coat, slab bolsters, Grade 60 rebar, concrete brick, tie wire and ties, wire-twisting tools, poly-coated wire, form-release oil, plastic sheeting, metal cut-off wheels, and concrete saw blades, in the quantities and specifications listed in the attached bill of materials. The contractor must complete required deliveries within 14 calendar days after receipt of order, coordinate premixed-concrete delivery with the Government, meet specified concrete mix and delivery-time requirements, and comply with military installation access, inspection, escort, safety, and damage-responsibility requirements. Quotations must include pricing, a technical quotation, a delivery plan, any proposed substitutions, relevant past-performance information, representations and certifications or confirmation that SAM representations are current, and acknowledgment of amendments, if any.
