Description
Educational Service District 112 is soliciting proposals for an annual plumbing services contract covering repair work and small upgrades to existing plumbing systems at its light-commercial and district properties. The contractor must provide labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, installation, testing, incidental parts, and related services, including immediate response to plumbing emergencies. Work will be performed using prevailing wage rates, and proposals must include rates for journeymen, apprentices, helpers, travel time, overtime, holiday work, equipment, and material markups. The initial contract term is two years, from November 9, 2026, through November 8, 2028, with mutually agreed extensions up to five years total. The district may make separate awards for the Vancouver/Clark County and Longview/Cowlitz County areas. Proposers must demonstrate an established local customer base, sales and support offices, and dispatch capability for the Vancouver/Clark County area. Evaluation is based on cost, project management and staffing, experience, and references. The proposal is limited to 20 pages and must include the requested narrative sections, forms, insurance proof, bonding-capacity proof, and supporting documentation.
