Description
The State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services is seeking lease proposals or site offerings from property owners or their representatives for up to 21,630 net usable square feet of office space in Waterbury for use and occupancy by the Judicial Branch. The premises must include 66 on-site, reserved, paved, and lighted parking spaces and must be accessible to individuals with disabilities and public transportation. The lease term is five years. Preference will be given to proposals offering renewal options and/or termination clauses. Offers from option holders cannot be considered. Proposals must use the State of Connecticut's "Proposal to Lease Space" form and include a "Notice of Listing Agreement," if applicable.
