Description
The San Bernardino International Airport Authority and Inland Valley Development Agency are soliciting a contractor to provide recurring professional janitorial services across multiple airport-owned facilities. The scope includes restrooms, break rooms and conference areas, offices, common areas, parking lots, kitchens, terminals, executive offices, hangars, control towers, training facilities, tenant suites, and related spaces. Each service location has a building-specific specification sheet identifying its cleaning requirements, and the contractor must review and follow the applicable specifications. A master key and the location-specific specification sheets will be distributed at the mandatory job walk. The contractor must provide labor, equipment, materials, and janitorial supplies; ensure cleaning personnel complete and sign daily service logs at each location; replenish supplies; perform monthly, quarterly, and annual cleaning; and support emergency, after-hours, weekend, holiday, and on-call requests. The revised Schedule of Values identifies agency facilities, janitorial supplies, hourly and porter rates, and optional contract-year pricing. Separate supply or other applicable rate sheets may be attached when necessary, but cannot replace the required agency Schedule of Values. The opportunity requires the listed proposal forms, licenses or certifications, references, and certification and non-collusion documents.
