Description
This Sources Sought Announcement (SSA) is to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses to provide Information Technology Governance and Mission Support (ITGMS) for the Military Sealift Command (MSC) N6 department. The requirement involves ensuring information technology (IT) governance and related processes integral to the lifecycle planning, production, and sustainment of all IT systems, both ashore and afloat. Key areas of support include portfolio management, data management, knowledge management, financial management, and financial execution. The anticipated Period of Performance is a one-year base period with four one-year optional periods, with a projected award date of June 1, 2027. The places of performance include Norfolk, Virginia, and Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is included with this announcement. Interested small businesses are encouraged to submit a capabilities statement addressing their experience in areas such as C4/IT portfolio management, data management and governance, financial management, and information management and organizational governance. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541611 with a size standard of $24,500,000. A Secret Facility Clearance is required.
