Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme (NSWC PHD) is seeking a Strategic Advisor and Operating Partner for the Department of Navy Rapid Capabilities Office (DONRCO). DONRCO's mission is to rapidly deliver transformative solutions to the Department's most challenging operational problems, aligning with acquisition reform mandates. This non-personnel services contract will focus on three integrated workstreams: portfolio performance, strategic planning, and strategic deal support. The services will include performance assessment, development of platform architecture and standard operating procedures, capital coordination frameworks, and strategic deal architecture. The contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price, with a base period of twelve (12) months and one (1) option period, totaling a potential of 24 months. Personnel performing classified work shall hold active TS/SCI clearances.
