Description
The City of Dublin is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified consultants to provide project-based technical assistance services to local small businesses through its Small Business Navigator Program. The program aims to offer specialized expertise in business planning, marketing, and architectural design. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to establish a pool of qualified consultants for potential future agreements. Inclusion on the qualified consultant list does not guarantee a contract, referrals, task orders, or compensation, and the City makes no representation regarding the amount or frequency of work. Services may include business planning (business plans, market analysis, strategic planning), marketing and advertising (marketing plans, brand strategy, social media strategy), and architecture and space design (site layouts, space planning, conceptual design). Consultants selected will collaborate with City staff and participating businesses to define project scopes, prepare task orders, and provide one-on-one technical assistance. Compensation will be established through individual task orders based on authorized work performed.
