Description
The NYS Olympic Regional Development Authority (Olympic Authority) is seeking qualifications from consultants for professional services, including architectural, engineering, geological, landscape architecture, surveying, legal, construction management, cost estimating, and more. These services will be procured through Professional Services Term Contracts, with potential for one-year initial terms and four annual renewals. The solicitation is a continuous procurement, meaning submissions will be accepted and reviewed on an ongoing basis throughout the solicitation period, which ends on May 28, 2027. The Olympic Authority aims to establish a pool of qualified consultants to assist with various projects and operational needs across its facilities. Consultants will be selected based on their qualifications, experience, and ability to meet the Authority's needs.
