Description
The City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks (RAP) is seeking to contract with one or more firms to provide comprehensive park master planning services on an as-needed basis. These services will encompass the overall design, site context, access and connectivity, wayfinding, and zones of use to ensure park and recreation facilities are effectively integrated into their surroundings. The goal is to provide the best experiences for Angelenos while adhering to applicable laws, regulations, and the guidelines set by the Citywide 2025 Park Needs Assessment. Firms will be pre-qualified for a five-year term with two five-year option periods, and will then compete for individual projects.
