Description
The North Jersey District Water Supply Commission (the "Commission") is seeking proposals from experienced firms for the development of a project portfolio to manage its Capital Improvement Plan. This is a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq. Firms must demonstrate continuing capability to perform this service. Proposals are due by 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2026, and will be opened at the Commission's offices at One F.A. Orechio Drive, Wanaque, NJ 07465. Proposal documents and instructions can be obtained by emailing Margaret Maddalena, the Commission's Contract Administrator, at mmaddalena@njdwsc.com starting Thursday, June 11, 2026. Responses should be submitted via certified mail or overnight delivery and clearly indicate that a proposal is contained within. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to mmaddalena@njdwsc.com before the cut-off date of Tuesday, June 30, 2026, with the project name in the email subject line. Respondents must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq., as well as all state laws and regulations concerning public contracting, including the "New Jersey Local Public Contract Law" (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et. seq.). The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive any irregularities.
