Description
The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) Construction and Development Company is seeking a Project Management Consultant to provide comprehensive services for the Westbound Bypass Project. This includes project management, construction management, design compliance, commissioning oversight, and special inspection services. The project involves the design and construction of a new single-track undergrade box structure beneath two critical Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) tracks in Harold Interlocking, Queens County. Key components of the work include the construction of new retaining walls, repair of existing structures, installation of new track, switches, and power infrastructure, as well as the installation of a signal bridge, communication hut, and a new pump station. Vendors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov and obtain a MTA Bidder/Supplier number by registering on the MTA Vendor Portal at www.mymta.info/vendor.
