Description
The Township of Montclair is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide professional services as an Operations Consultant for the Clary Anderson Arena. This Request for Proposal (RFP) package outlines the specifications and requirements for the services. The Township reserves the right to award the contract to one or more firms and to consider proposals for sixty (60) days after receipt. Vendors must comply with all applicable New Jersey state and federal regulations, including N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., and Title 19 Fair and Open Process. Additionally, vendors must adhere to the Township's Diversity Inclusion Program (DIP), which supports Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Women Business Enterprise (WBE), Veterans' Business Enterprise (VBE), Disabled-owned Business Enterprise (DOBE), and LGBTQ+ owned businesses.
