The City of Indian Wells is seeking qualified firms or teams of consultants to provide on-call planning and environmental consulting services. These services will augment the professional staff of the Community Development Department, Planning Division, for various projects. The scope includes general planning and land use project review, site visits, public counter services, technical plan checks, map reviews, and ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations, including the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and City Standards, Ordinances, and Regulations.
