Description
The City of Montrose is soliciting furniture, fixtures, and equipment for its new Public Works Facility, including office and open-office workstations, height-adjustable desks, task and nesting chairs, stools, tables, benches, lounge seating, reception furniture, lecterns, whiteboards, accessories, and related power and cable-management components. The scope includes delivery, installation, warranties, and a project timetable covering manufacturing, shipping, and installation. Addendum No. 2 clarifies that private offices, reception workstations, and specified open-office workstations will have two standard 24-inch monitors and one standard-size under-desk CPU mount; clarifies workstation duplex outlets and table power-unit quantities; revises upholstery and modesty-panel materials; and updates architectural drawings. The addendum also confirms the pre-bid meeting, question deadlines, bid deadline, sample demonstration, award, vendor meeting, deposit, installation, and completion milestones.
