Office Furniture Supply and Installation

The United Nations Development Programme is seeking office furniture for FDS and CCM facilities in San-Pédro, including administrative desks, swivel office chairs, executive chairs, metal storage cabinets, visitor chairs, and two conference tables with seating. The quantities include 45 administrative desks, 45 executive chairs, 45 storage cabinets, 60 visitor chairs, 30 swivel office chairs, and two conference table sets with 10 chairs each. The furniture must meet the technical specifications in Annex 1 and be new and unused. The supplier must deliver within a maximum of three weeks after receipt of the purchase order, including unloading, assembly, and commissioning. A minimum one-year warranty, local after-sales support, technical and product documentation, a compliant sample, product data sheets or catalogs, and written confirmation of technical compliance are required. The solicitation is reserved for companies based in Côte d’Ivoire that have their own showroom.
