Description
American Fork City is soliciting proposals for the purchase, delivery, and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for a police department remodel. The scope includes office furnishings, standing desks, executive and L-shaped desks, open-area workstations and cubicles, conference and training-room tables and seating, interview-room furniture, storage, shelving, whiteboards, a podium, breakroom tables and chairs, and related installation. The solicitation includes detailed room-by-room furnishing requirements, including 16 cubicles with a proposed layout subject to City approval. Proposals must include an implementation timeline, project management and staffing information, qualifications and similar-project experience, references, a fee proposal itemizing furnishing, delivery, and installation costs, manufacturer warranties, and any exceptions. The contractor must coordinate with the City and subcontractors, provide weekly project updates, maintain clean work areas, and provide a minimum one-year installation warranty. The proposal must be submitted as one searchable electronic PDF by email, with the subject line identifying the police department remodel.
