Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole-source procurement to Agilent Technologies, Inc., the original equipment manufacturer, for maintenance and support of three Triple Quadrupole LC/MS instruments. The requirement includes CROSSLAB SILVER services, CROSSLAB PASSTHROUGH SERVICES, proprietary firmware and software updates, engineering upgrades, written maintenance and repair procedures, remote diagnostics, virtual assistance, and Agilent-specific compliance and qualification platforms. The notice states that third-party providers are not authorized to install or support the updates and lack access to Agilent's proprietary diagnostic and troubleshooting tools. The anticipated period of performance is a base year from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027, followed by four one-year option periods ending October 31, 2031.
