Description
The Government of Canada is soliciting offers from eligible holders of the E60PQ-140003/PQ Workspaces Supply Arrangement for Category 2, 3, and 5 furniture. The requirement includes 10 height-adjustable work surfaces; five undermounted storage cubbies; five pedestals; 10 monitor arms; 10 power modules; and 10 work-surface privacy screens. Offerors must provide manufacturer and series names, model numbers, pricing, available finishes, and technical data sheets for the proposed products. The scope also includes delivery, unloading, staging, installation, cleanup, inspection support, and removal and reinstallation of existing cubicle partitions and walls. The standard delivery and installation lead time is eight to ten weeks, with all deliverables required by February 26, 2027. Only Canadian suppliers, suppliers from applicable trading partners, and current holders of the specified supply arrangement are eligible. A mandatory site visit is required, and personnel requiring access to sensitive sites must hold Reliability Status; the contractor must maintain a valid Designated Organization Screening during contract performance.
