Description
The Metropolitan School District of Southwest Allen County, Indiana (the "Owner" or the "School Corporation") is soliciting proposals for a guaranteed savings contract. This project involves the replacement and upgrade of heating and air conditioning systems, as well as indoor and/or outdoor lighting systems at one or more of the School Corporation's existing facilities. These upgrades are intended to qualify as conservation measures under Indiana law. Proposals must be submitted by a qualified provider in accordance with Indiana Code 36-1-12.5 and the Request for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/RFP) dated June 5, 2026. The RFQ/RFP is available for download from www.sacs.k12.in.us. All proposals must be received by 1:00 p.m. local time on August 11, 2026, at the School Corporation's Administration Office, located at 4824 Homestead Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46814. An optional pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time in the Transportation Conference Room at 4810 Homestead Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46814. Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory but may be considered during proposal evaluation.
