Description
Newton County Board of Commissioners is seeking a qualified Georgia-licensed professional land surveyor to perform comprehensive boundary and topographical surveys for Westside Youth Facility and Park and Denny Dobbs Park. The scope includes property boundaries, monuments, legal descriptions, easements, rights of way, encroachments, adjacent properties, zoning information, streets, sidewalks, driveways, pavement, trees, grades, utilities, stormwater facilities, wetlands and state-water buffers, FEMA flood zones, buildings, site improvements, and other existing features. Deliverables must include signed and sealed surveys, a recordable plat, legal and survey information, and the latest AutoCAD DWG format, along with one reproducible copy or plot and six hard copies of the signed and sealed survey. The work must be completed within 45 days of award. The response requires the completed price form, business or professional licensing documentation, and a certificate of insurance.
