Legal Notice # 21944970 NOTICE TO BIDDERS Pursuant to resolution adopted by the Town Board, The Town of Babylon, Commissioner of General Services, Division of Purchasing will receive sealed proposals for: BID NO. 26G63 PURCHASE OF S76353200 INSTRUMENT S7 ROBOTIC, DR PLUS, SCANNING CAPABLE, TRIMBLE VISION OR EQUAL WITH CARLSON SURVEY SOFTWARE, INTELLICAD VERSION Until 10:00 AM on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2026 at Babylon Town Hall, 200 E. Sunrise Highway, Lindenhurst, New York, 11757, at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Division of Purchasing office. Bids may be hand delivered or mailed to the above address. Bids will not be accepted after 10:00 A.M. on the date of bid opening. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE GRANTED. Do not remove any pages, all bids are to be submitted intact. For information call (631) 957-3025. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bidding and contract documents may be examined at the Town's bid website, https://bidsapp.townofbabylon.com on and after 9:00 AM on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2026.
