Description
The Township of Hamilton is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide professional wastewater treatment plant and collection system engineering, survey, and survey markout services. The scope requires demonstrated professional, administrative, and financial capability, relevant technical competence, qualified key personnel, professional certifications, municipal experience, and sufficient in-house or contracted resources. Proposals must address the respondent’s qualifications, firm and personnel experience, servicing-office location, understanding of the requested work, technical competence, professional certifications, compensation and fee schedules, disciplinary actions, conflicts of interest, and references. At least three similar-project references are required, including at least two municipalities, with contact information. Evaluation will consider qualifications, experience, references, past performance, technical and management capabilities, cost competitiveness, financial resources, and availability to attend required public or special meetings. The contract term is January 1 through December 31, 2027, and the Township may award contracts to multiple professionals.
