Description
Gwinnett County is seeking a qualified contractor for pedestrian improvements on four roadway segments: Old Norcross Road, Venture Drive, Old Peachtree Road, and Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road. The combined project length is approximately 1.393 miles. Work includes clearing and grubbing, grading, curb and gutter, sidewalk construction, concrete work, drainage, signing, pavement markings or striping, asphalt paving, and wall construction where specified. Addendum #1 identifies the individual segments and their limits: Old Norcross Road from Herrington Road to Bee Blossom Trail; Venture Drive from West Liddell Road to Pleasant Hill Road; Old Peachtree Road from Prospect Church Road to State Route 124; and Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road from Buford Highway to Mohawk Trail. Competitive sealed bids are requested from qualified contractors. Firms on the county's ineligible source list, or subject to debarment or suspension, will not be considered.
