Quebec's Ministry of Natural Resources and Forests is seeking service providers for nine on-demand surveying contracts. The work involves locating water-level markers established through a prior procurement and recording their longitude, latitude, and elevation following flood and inundation events. Services will be performed throughout southern Quebec. The contracts are scheduled to run from November 1, 2026, through December 31, 2028, with a 30-month estimated duration and a deployment period from November 1, 2026, through September 30, 2028. Eligible providers must maintain a permanent, clearly identified business establishment in Quebec or in a jurisdiction covered by applicable government trade agreements.
