Description
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil & Gas Resources Management is soliciting bids for new GIS equipment for Orphan Well Inspectors. Substitutions are not allowed, and all equipment must be new rather than used. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by low lot total, and bidders must bid all listed items. Required items include three Trimble R580 receivers, three configured sub-meter capability packages, three Trimble R580 dual battery chargers, three extra Trimble R580 batteries, three 2-meter rover rods, three hard carrying cases, and two Schonstedt GA-72CD units. Proposals must be submitted through the Ohio Buys portal; submissions outside the portal will not be considered. Delivery is FOB destination, prepaid and allowed, with listed delivery dates of October 2 and October 9, 2026.
