Description
The City of Baldwin Park Public Works Department is seeking qualified consultants to provide as-needed professional services in one or more categories: general civil engineering, land surveying, traffic engineering, geotechnical engineering, landscape architectural services, and stormwater and water quality services. Work may include capital improvement projects, development review, regulatory compliance, construction support, technical studies, inspections, surveying, funding administration, environmental documentation, utility coordination, design, cost estimating, permitting, and related assignments. The City expects to establish multiple on-call agreements for a six-year term, with no guaranteed minimum work or compensation. Services will be authorized through task orders or other written notices to proceed. Respondents must demonstrate qualified personnel, applicable California professional licenses, relevant experience, and capacity. Proposals must address the consultant's qualifications and team, similar projects and references, approach, federal-aid experience, and fee schedules; the fee schedule is to be provided in a separately sealed envelope. The City may award up to two bonus points for a physical business location in Baldwin Park and up to three additional points for community engagement or investment initiatives.
