Description
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based prognostic and predictive prostate cancer diagnostic testing services. The contractor will provide all necessary equipment, reagents, laboratory testing, analysis, and result interpretation for the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center (RMRVAMC). Services include analytical testing as defined by the contractor's reference test manual, reporting of results, and consultative services to support patient care. Testing must support NCCN risk stratification, demonstrate Level I clinical validity, provide a 10-year risk assessment, and identify appropriate candidates for Active Surveillance or combined radiation therapy and Androgen Deprivation Therapy (ADT). The AI algorithms will utilize existing patient data, including PSA levels, age, tumor stage, and Gleason grades from slide imaging. The contractor must be approved to provide clinical diagnostic laboratory tests under Medicare and Medicaid regulations and comply with all applicable federal and state laws. The contractor will provide shipping kits with prepaid return labels to the RMRVAMC. Test results will be reported via eFax within five calendar days.
