The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), specifically U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing secured surface parking. The requirement is for approximately 250 unreserved secure surface parking spaces, located within a 1-mile radius of 12445 E Caley Ave, Centennial, CO 80111. The anticipated lease term is 5 years, with 3 years firm. This notice is for market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. Interested parties, including property owners, lessors, or authorized agents, are requested to submit information regarding their property's address and proximity to the specified location, the total number of available secured parking spaces, a description of security features (fencing, gates, lighting, surveillance), confirmation that all spaces can be provided as a single, contiguous lot, ownership/management contact information, and a statement of interest in a 5-year lease term. The response deadline is 10 business days from the posting date.
