Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a wheat flour tortilla making machine with an automatic grill. The machine must have a production capacity of up to 1,200 tortillas per hour, with tortilla sizes up to 13 inches (14-inch heating plates). It should feature a TurboGas System for gas savings, seamless automation with touchscreen controls, optical sensors, automated temperature regulation, and a tortilla output counter. The operation requires minimal labor, with the machine pressing, grilling, and dropping fully baked tortillas. The construction should be heavy-duty stainless steel. Power requirements are 220 Volts (50/60 Hz) for the electrically heated plates and motor, with the automated grill heated by Propane or Natural Gas. The dimensions of the machine are approximately 71" (L) x 32" (W) x 53" (H).
