Description
The National Institutes of Health, through the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, intends to award a noncompetitive firm-fixed-price contract or purchase order for a CryoPlus 2 200-liter liquid nitrogen freezer and associated components and accessories. The specified package includes a CryoPlus 2 model 7402 vapor-phase freezer with hot-gas bypass, 10 storage racks, a 3.5-inch riser, and applicable certifications and compliance features, along with blue hinged cryofreezer boxes and five white flip-top fiberboard boxes with gridlines and 100-cell dividers. The freezer must fit within existing laboratory space and integrate with the institute's equipment-monitoring infrastructure. Responses must include technical and cost-price information, product and catalog or model numbers, salient-characteristics documentation, quantity, delivery timeframe, shipping or installation charges, delivery terms, warranty and maintenance information, UEI, TIN, and business-size certification. This is identified as a one-time supply acquisition, with any maintenance duration governed by the resulting contract or purchase order.
