The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Research Service is seeking one DeNovix DS-8X+ or equal eight-channel microvolume UV-Vis spectrophotometer and one sample tracker under a firm-fixed-price purchase order. The spectrophotometer must read UV-Vis absorbance, luminescence, and fluorescence; accommodate eight samples with approximately 10-second measurement time; use minimum sample volumes of 1 mL; perform endpoint, kinetic, and spectrum scans; quantify DNA, RNA, and proteins across the specified concentration ranges; and include software for data collection, analysis, exporting, and reporting. The requirement is unrestricted and subject to trade agreements. Equal products must be clearly identified by brand, make, and model and supported by descriptive literature demonstrating compliance with every salient characteristic. The quotation must include pricing for all items, and delivery is required within 60 days after receipt of order. Past performance may be considered, including performance during the three years before solicitation closing, and the lowest-priced technically acceptable offer with acceptable or neutral past performance is expected to receive the award.
