Description
The National Institutes of Health intends to make a noncompetitive fixed-price purchase from Bruker Spatial Biology, Inc. for one nCounter Pro Analysis System, one nCounter Install & Train Kit, and one nCounter Pro Prep Station. The requirement includes a one-year warranty and a 48-month Gold System Service Contract and Gold Prep Station Service Contract. After the 12-month warranty period ends, the service plan must provide manufacturer-authorized preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, applicable software and firmware updates, replacement of manufacturer-approved parts, technical support, and necessary repairs. Services must be performed by Bruker Spatial Biology-trained personnel using manufacturer-approved procedures and components. Quotations must include pricing, delivery information, product or catalog numbers, product descriptions, warranty and maintenance information, and required business registration and identification details.
